The purpose of this ITB is to establish a term contract with one qualified vendor for ground maintenance at six (6) cemetery properties. The cemeteries covered under this contract are highly visible, dignified spaces that require a premium level of care and maintenance at all times. The Contractor shall perform all work to the highest professional standards, ensuring that the cemeteries maintain consistent well-manicured and respectful appearances.
