Sealed bids will be received at the St. Landry Parish Yambilee Building located at 1939 West Landry Street, in Opelousas, Louisiana, up to the hour of 2:00 P.M. on
Thursday, April 8, 2021
And then publicly opened and read aloud on Thursday, April 9, 2021 at 2:30 P.M. at the St. Landry Parish Yambilee for the following:
1. Furnishing Gravel for a period of 1 (one) year starting 04/13/2021.
2. Furnishing Limestone for a period of 1 (one) year starting 04/13/2021.
3. Furnishing Diesel for a period of 6 (six) months starting 04/13/2021.
4. Furnishing Hot Mix for a period of 1 (one) year starting 04/13/2021.
5. Furnishing Cold Mix for a period of 1 (one) year starting 04/13/2021.
6. Furnishing Culverts for a period of 1 (one) year starting 04/13/2021.
Specifications are available and may be picked up in the Office of the Purchasing Agent at the St. Landry Parish Yambilee Building at 1939 West Landry Opelousas, Louisiana. The specifications may be picked up between the hours of 8:00A.M. and 4:30P.M. Monday through Thursday.
