The work consists of, but is not limited to: Construct 5508 s.f. building to be used as a carwash with associated storage, equipment and break room. Building to be constructed of masonry materials with precast concrete roof deck. Attached to the carwash building is a 5148 s.f. preengineered fueling canopy that includes fuel pumps and car vacuum system. Sitework shall include concrete and asphalt paving, utilities, fuel tank, fencing, gates, security systems.
