Notice is hereby given that a sealed Request for Proposal will be received by the Hancock County School District Business Department located at 17304 Hwy 603 Kiln, MS 39556. Delivery to any other department other than the Hancock County School District Business Department is unacceptable and may result in non-consideration of the proposal.

Online and sealed proposals will be received until January 14, 2021 at 10:00 AM. Ensure proposal envelope clearly labeled as “Sealed Request For Proposal”.
Request for Proposal:
90 Bus Camera Systems to Include:
48 buses with 12 student rows (71 passenger)
32 buses with 13 student rows (76 passenger)
10 SPED buses with up to 9 rows
Add as a separate proposal additional cost to add live GPS to each bus to include any/all additional upfront cost and continuing monthly cost.
Add as a separate proposal availability/cost of any/all extended warranty on any/all equipment. Hancock County School District seeking 5 year warranty on equipment.
On January 14, 2021 at 10:00 AM, the names of the proposal respondents will be read aloud in the Hancock County School District Central Office Board Room.
The school district reserves the right to reject any and all proposals for just cause.
