The Parish of St. Martin, Louisiana, is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants (“the consultant”) with expertise in the Federal Hazard Mitigation Assistance Program (HMA) under the Flood Mitigation Assistance Program (FMA) for FY 19. The qualified consultant shall be responsible for preparing St. Martin Parish’s FMA 2020 application(s), managing acquisition and elevation projects, consultation with agencies to assure compliance with the HMA, as well as other applicable mitigation activities.
