ADVERTISEMENT FOR REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
 
 
Holmes Community College is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit responses from qualified Energy Service Providers (ESPs) interested in providing energy conservation equipment and services under an Energy Services Contract for a two (2) year term. Sealed responses are to be delivered to Holmes Community College, Purchasing Department, 9216 Highway 14, Goodman, MS 39079, and should be clearly marked “Request for Qualifications-Energy Service Provider” on the outside of the envelope.
 
Qualifications must be received with all required submittals as stated in the RFQ, no later than 10:00 a.m. CST on Tuesday, December 7, 2021. Qualifications received after time specified shall not be considered for award. Qualifications received via fax or email shall not be considered. ESP qualifications will be submitted in accordance with Section 31-7-14 of the Mississippi Code, the Mississippi Development Authority-Energy Division’s Policy and Procedures for Energy Service providers and the Request for Qualifications.
 
Holmes Community College reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and to negotiate with the lowest/best bidder.
