Notice is hereby given that sealed Bids will be received by the St. Martin Parish Government, State of Louisiana, for
2015 ROAD IMPROVEMENTS and other work in connection therewith.
Bids will be on a unit price basis; segregated Bids will not be accepted.
Bids will be received by the St. Martin Parish Government until 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at the
Government Annex Building, 301 W. Port Street, St. Martinville, Louisiana. Bids received after this time will not be
accepted and will be returned unopened. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud after specified closing time.
Complete sets of the Bidding Documents may be examined in the office of the Parish President in the
Government Annex Building, 301 W. Port Street, St. Martinville, Louisiana, or in the office of the Engineer, Professional
Engineering and Surveying Company, Inc., 411 Wall Street, Lafayette, Louisiana.
