REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

Statement of Qualifications will be received by Ascension Parish Government at the Ascension Parish Government Purchasing Office, 615 E. Worthey Street, Gonzales, Louisiana 70737 (mailing address PO Box 2392, Gonzales, LA 70707-2392) until, July 2, 2019, at 2:00 pm local time for the following:

Project Number:  EAD1900105 DESGN ENGR
 
Ascension Parish hereby issues a Request for Qualification Statements (RFQ) on Form APG-1001 from Consulting Firms (Consultant) to provide professional engineering services in the following:
Drainage design and analysis, grant support and other disciplines of service to the Drainage Department. Consultants who are a Louisiana or foreign LLC or corporation should be appropriately registered with the Louisiana Secretary of State, as contemplated by Title 12 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes, and with LAPELS under its rules for FIRMS. If a Consultant fails to place itself in good standing in accordance with those provisions, it may be subject to consequences contemplated in Title 12 and/or the LAPELS rules. All requirements of Louisiana Professional Engineering and Land Surveying (LAPELS) Board must be met and the Prime consultants must be registered with the Federal Government using SAM.gov prior to contract execution.
 
Each submission must contain one original, and eight copies
 
Request for Qualification package may be obtained at the Ascension Parish Government, Purchasing Department located at 615 E. Worthey Street, Gonzales, Louisiana.  Electronic Bids/Proposals are accepted at Central Bidding.  Central Bidding can be accessed at http://www.centralauctionhouse.com. The Ascension Parish Government shall not be responsible if the bidder cannot complete and submit a bid due to failure or incomplete delivery of the files submitted via the internet.
 
Statements of Qualification (SOQ) shall be submitted only on the form entitled Standard Form APCH-2018-001-AE.  Form is included in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
 
The Parish of Ascension reserves the right to disqualify any Bid , response to a Request for Qualifications, or Request for Proposals if it is determined that the submitting business entity is not in good standing with the Louisiana Secretary of State or is not authorized to do business in the State of Louisiana.
 
Ascension Parish Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids/proposals for just cause.
