NOTICE TO BIDDERS
 
Notice is hereby given that the Vernon Parish Police Jury, PO Box 1548, Leesville, Louisiana, 71496, will receive sealed bids until Monday, December 8, 2014 at 10:30 a.m.  Bids will be publically opened and read aloud; bids received after specified closing time will not be accepted.  All interested parties are welcome at bid opening.
 
IMPORTANT:  BID ENVELOPE MUST BE MARKED WITH ITEM BEING BID, DATE, AND TIME OF BID OPENING, AND CONTRACTOR’S LICENSE NUMBER (if applicable).

Maintenance & Janitorial Supplies: for all Police Jury operation for the year 2015. 

The Vernon Parish Police Jury reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause, in accordance with R.S. 38:2212 & 2214.
