NOTICE TO BID Marion County Board of Supervisors New Storage Building at the Marion County BusinessPlex Marion County, Mississippi Sealed bids for the new 750 square foot metal storage building will be received by the Marion County Board of Supervisors until 10:00 AM local time on Tuesday, April 2, 2019, at the Board of Supervisors office, 215 Broad St., Columbia, MS 39429, and immediately thereafter will be opened and publicly read. The work involved in the project includes the construction of a 750 sq.ft. metal storage building as described in the project Construction Drawings and Contract Documents. All documents required for bidding purposes, including plans and specifications, may be obtained from Dungan Engineering, P.A., 1574 Highway 98 East, Columbia, MS 39429. A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required at the time of request for Plans and Specifications. A copy of the plans and specifications may be examined at the office of Dungan Engineering, P.A., located at 1574 Highway 98 East, Columbia, Mississippi. Bidders choosing to submit electronically are required to contact the Marion County Board of Supervisors at 601-736-1232 for information regarding electronic bidding requirements. Bid preparation will be in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders bound in the Documents. The Marion County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and/or all bids.
