Beauregard Fire District #4 does hereby advertise for sealed bids and will open same on:
July 9, 2018
At the Planer Mill Fire Station, 2061 Bilbo Street, DeRidder, Louisiana, by the Board of Fire District #4 at 7:00 p.m. in an open meeting.  Separate sealed bids for the construction of BPFD 4 Training Building will be accepted through 4:00 p.m. on July 9, 2018 at the Beauregard Parish Police Jury Office located at 201 W 2nd Street, DeRidder LA 70634.  Any person requiring special accommodations shall notify Tammy Wilson at (337)463-7019 not less than 3 days before bid opening date.

COST ESTIMATE:  $995,000

COST OF PROPOSAL AND PLANS:  Free
All bids must be submitted on PARISH BID FORMS, included with the plans and/or proposal which may be obtained at the Beauregard Parish Police Jury Public Works Office, located at 201 W 2nd St., DeRidder, LA  70634, Phone 337-463-7019, or electronically at www.centralbidding.com.  Proposals will not be issued later than 24 hours prior to the time set for opening bids.  Plans and specifications may be seen at the Beauregard Parish Police Jury office. 
Beauregard Fire District #4 reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. 
Bids may be held by Beauregard Fire District #4 for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to award.
Beauregard Fire District #4 will take official action on this bid within thirty (30) days.
All bids MUST be plainly marked on the outside of the envelope:  BID FOR: “The Construction of BPFD 4 Training Building”

Revised Architectural Specs: a. Deletion of Bid Form as a page in the specifications. b. Addition of Sheet Index 1) No material changes only page numbers. B. Bidders shall use the supplied Project Bid forms when submitting the bid package. C. The Bidder shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the appropriate space on the Bid Form. D.
