 Advertisement for Request for Proposal                
Notice is hereby given that a sealed Request for Proposal (RFP) will be received by the Lafayette Parish School System by the Purchasing Department located at 113 Chaplin Drive, Lafayette, LA 70508. Delivery to any other department other than the Purchasing Department is unacceptable and may result in non-consideration of the proposal.
 
Sealed proposals will be received until January 12, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. CST for:
 
Property and Casualty Brokerage Services
RFP # 27-21
 
A Request for Proposal package may be obtained on the Purchasing Department website at https://www.lpssonline.com/site638.php.  Proposal information may also be viewed online, and electronic proposals may be submitted online at www.centralauctionhouse.com.  Specifications will be available Wednesday, December 2, 2020.
 
On January 12, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. CST, only the names of the proposal respondents will be read aloud in a LPSS Conference Room.
 
The Lafayette Public School System strongly encourages the participation of minority business enterprises in all contracts or procurements let by the Board for goods and services.  To that end, all contractors and suppliers are encouraged to utilize minority business enterprises in the purchase of sub-contracting of materials, supplies, and services in which minority owned businesses are available.
 
The owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals for just cause.
