REQUEST FOR QUOTES

Notice is hereby given that the Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office is requesting sealed proposals for the A/C Replacement and/or Repair at the Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office Sidney Zaffuto Center. Proposals must be received by Tuesday June 14, 2011 @ 10:00 a.m., C.S.T.
Proposals received after the designated time and date will be returned unopened.
The Department may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause, any or all proposals upon a finding of the Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office that it is in the public interest to do so.

The Orleans Parish Sheriff's Office reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities in the best interest of the Facility.
A mandatory Pre Bid will be held Friday, June 3rd 2011 at 639 South Rendon Street, New Orleans, LA 70119 at 10:00 a.m. C.S.T. Please call the Purchasing Office if you will be attending.
