PUBLIC BID

Sealed bids will be accepted by the Ascension Parish Sheriff's Department for the following:

Deputy uniforms made to specifications for the Ascension Parish Sheriff's Department employees, approximately 240 men and 60 ladies, as needed from July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012.

Complete specifications may be obtained at the Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office, Courthouse Building, Donaldsonville, LA, during regular working hours.

All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked "Sealed Bid for Deputy Uniforms", and delivered or mailed to the Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office, 300 Houmas Street, Suite E, P.O. Box 268, Donaldsonville, LA 70346, in time for bid opening.

Bids to be opened Monday June 20th, 2011, 9:30 A.M., at the Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office, Courthouse, 300 Houmas Street, Suite E, Donaldsonville, LA.

The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, and to waive any formalities.
