STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS

TOWN OF HORSESHOE BEACH, FLORIDA

The Town of Horseshoe Beach is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified and experienced firms for the procurement and management of storm drain improvement work throughout the Town. The selected firm will coordinate with contractors and suppliers, oversee project timelines, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and funding requirements.

This project is part of the Town’s ongoing efforts to improve flood resilience and mitigate future stormwater impacts. It may be funded through federal or state disaster recovery and resilience programs; therefore, all applicable regulations, including those under the Federal Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200), shall apply.

Scope of Work Includes: - Surveying and mapping of existing drainage systems - Engineering design for improvements and/or replacement - Permitting support and coordination with regulatory agencies

- Oversight and coordination of storm drain construction activities - Scheduling and supervision of project milestones - Procurement of contractors and materials - Inspection and reporting for compliance

Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. (EST) at:

Only firms in attendance at the pre-bid meeting will be eligible to submit proposals.

Electronic submission deadline is Monday, May 5, 2025, at 12:00 noon (EST)
