  Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier’s check, certified check, or surety bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, WHEN INDICATED IN THE SPECIFICATIONS. No scanned paper copies of any bond will be accepted as part of the electronic bid submission.
