The Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office (OPSO) invites proposals from experienced Financial Software and Service Firms to supply Financial Software and Services for OPSO.
 
Instructions: Respondents shall submit the following to The Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office, via email [email protected], no later than WEDNESDAY, September 24, 2025, 4:00 PM (CST).  Hard copies or other electronic forms of submissions will not be accepted.
Offeror shall provide a digitally signed proposal as a PDF file, marked "(Financial Services 2025-001)";b.     Offeror shall also provide (as a PDF file) with a signed cover letter including the company’s name, addressand primary contact for the qualification proposal. The primary contact information shall includesubmitter name, telephone, and email address.
 
Proposals should demonstrate the applicant’s qualifications to perform the needed services and attend all factorsapplicable in a professional relationship. Proposals should include detailed resumes or curricula vitae for theprincipals performing the services. Copies of the solicitation and related information are available from the OPSO’s electronic bidding portal https://www.centeralauctionhouse.com
