Notice To Bidders

Sealed bids will be received by the Mayor and Board of Alderman of Horn Lake, Mississippi, until 10:00a.m. on December 21, 2018, at Horn Lake City Hall, 3101 Goodman Road, Horn Lake Mississippi, for a company to provide an ambulance for the Horn Lake Emergency Medical Services, at which time they will be publicaly opened and read aloud.

Specifications are on file at Horn Lake City Hall, Horn Lake, Mississippi, during normal business hours.  All bids must comply with the specifications.  Official bid documents/specs can be downloaded for Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com.  Electronic bids and/or reverse auction bids cn be submitted at www.centralbidding.com.  For any questions relating to the electronic bid process, please call central bidding at 225-810-4814.

Horn Lake reserves the right to amend the specifications, as necessary, and agrees to notify all having requested bid packets from the City of Horn Lake Fire and EMS Department.

That bids submitted must be sealed, if not through Central Bidding, clearly labeled on the outside of the bid envelopes as follows:
