ASPHALT
Sealed bids will be received by the Pointe Coupee Parish Police Jury at 160 East Main Street, Courthouse Annex Building, New Roads, Louisiana until 10:00 a.m. Monday, April 11, 2016 and then publicly opened and read for the purchase of the following for one (1) year:
Hot Mix Asphalt
Cold Mix Asphalt
Cold Mix Asphalt - MS-9 (1/80) Type B1 Expanded Clay Aggregate
Bid to be submitted in sealed envelope marked "BID--ASPHALT”
All asphalt products must meet Louisiana State Department of Transportation and Development, Office of Highways latest standard specifications.
Bidder to quote price on hot mix and cold mix for FOB Plant. In addition, bidder on cold mix to quote price delivered at Maintenance Facility.

The Police Jury reserves the right to consider and/or reject any and all bids.
