The Iberville Parish School Board, Child Nutrition Program, will accept sealed bids for January 20, 2021 through
June 30, 2021 on January 19, 2021; 10:00 a.m. (CST) Central Standard Time. Bids will not be accepted after 10:00 a.m.
Meal Packaging System Lease
Bidders are required to submit proposals on a form prepared by the Iberville Parish School Board. This form and the instructions thereto, are available at the Central Office of the Iberville Parish School Board, 58030 Plaquemine Street, Plaquemine, Louisiana.
To ensure consideration of your bid, all bid packages, addenda, and all information required in the bid must be
returned to constitute a complete bid for consideration. Return all bid documents to the Iberville Parish School Board, Child Nutrition Program Office, 58030 Plaquemine Street, Plaquemine, LA 70764. All bid documents should be sealed and returned in an envelope or package clearly marked with the Bid Title, Bid Opening Date, and the Bid Number or via online bidding (Please find bid related materials and place electronic bids at – www.centralbidding.com). Any notations appearing on the outside of the envelope containing sealed bids which are intended to amend the bids in any manner will not be considered. DO NOT FAX OR E-MAIL YOUR BID.
The Iberville Parish School Board, Child Nutrition Program, will open publically and read aloud all timely submitted
sealed bids at its office located at 58030 Plaquemine Street, Plaquemine, LA 70764, on, January 19, 2021,at10:00
a.m. (CST), in response to this Invitation to Bid.
