INVITATION TO BID
Sealed Bids will be received in the Purchasing Department of the Rapides Parish School Board, in the Rapides Parish School Board Office Building, 619 Sixth Street, Alexandria, Louisiana until 10:00 am, March 29, 2019 for
Purchase of Cafeteria Equipment
(BID NO 19-45A)
After stamping to acknowledge timely receipt, the proposals will be publicly opened and read by the Executive Committee and/or staff of the Rapides Parish School Board. Sole responsibility for proper delivery of bid is that of the bidder. Any offer received after closing time, Friday, March 29, 2019 at 10:00 AM, will be returned unopened.

Box 7117, Alexandria, Louisiana 71306. Specifications and bid forms are also available at www.centralbidding.com; fees may be associated with the use of this site.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to five (5%) of the total bid and must be in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier’s Check, Bank Money Order or Bid Bond written by a company licensed to do business in the State of Louisiana.
Awards will not be made on the date of the bid opening, but will be awarded by the School Board at a later meeting.
Subject to the provisions of R.S. 38:2211 et. Seq, the Rapides Parish School Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.
