Ducks Unlimited, Inc., the Nation's leader in wetland conservation, is seeking bids for a project on LDWF’s managed State property – Russell Sage WMA located in Ouachita Parish, Louisiana. We will have a pre-bid meeting for the project on:
 
August 14th at 9:30 AM.
 
We will meet at the LDWF Russell Sage WMA Maintenance Shop; the address is 250 Bud Smith Rd, Monroe, LA 71202. We will park adjacent to the LDWF maintenance shop to initially meet then drive across HWY 15 to the project site. The Pre-Bid meeting is not mandatory but interested bidders are strongly suggested to attend.

Additional Notes/Requirements

Bids will be rejected if the bidder is not on DU’s pre-qualified contractors list. Bidders are encouraged to verify their pre-qualification prior to submitting a bid. Bids shall only be accepted from Prime Contractors with the necessary License Classifications required by the State Contracting Board to perform work outlined in the plans and technical specifications. It shall be the responsibility of the Prime Contractor to assure that he and all subcontractors comply with all state contracting laws.
