St. James Parish Government will be accepting sealed bids for a Gradall or equivalent until 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 26, 2014, in the Office of the Operations Director, Parish Courthouse, Convent, Louisiana.

Equipment specifications are on file in the Office of the Operations Director, St. James Parish Courthouse Building, Convent, Louisiana.

Interested parties of the above mentioned vehicle must submit a sealed and complete bid clearly marked – ST. JAMES PARISH GRADALL BID – to the Office of the Operations Director, Convent Courthouse, no later than 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 26, 2014, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud.

Immediate delivery and availability of parts, service, and warranty will be considered in the awarding of bids.

The Parish reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any formalities.
