Included in the work is the following: Furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary for the partial interior demolition and renovation of the existing Administrative Offices and Warehouse of the Orleans Levee District, including new mechanical chiller and cooling tower, (2) two new 800KW generators and electrical switch gear and architectural finishes. The project will have two-phases of construction and the contractor will be responsible for the coordination of the owner’s modular walls and furnishings installation.
Bidders are invited to attend a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference at the Orleans Levee District Administration Building – 6920 Franklin Avenue at 10:00 a.m. on July 11th, 2018, in the Conference Room located in Franklin Avenue Administration Building at 6920 Franklin Avenue. Participants will visit the physical site at the conclusion
of this conference.
