ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
CULVERTS
 
Sealed bids will be received by the Pointe Coupee Parish Police Jury at 160 East Main Street, Courthouse Annex Building, New Roads, Louisiana until 2:00 p.m., Thursday,
March 1, 2018 and then publicly opened and read for the purchase of a one (1) year supply of following various size culverts:
 
Polyethylene (Double Wall N12) Pipe in diameters of 18” and 24”
Spiral asphalt coated 2 2/3” x 1/2” corrugation, 16 gauge in diameters of 18” and 24”
Spiral galvanized 3” x 1” corrugation, 14 gauge in a diameter of 60” 
Bid must be submitted on proper bid form in sealed envelope marked "BID--CULVERTS"
 
All culverts furnished must meet the Louisiana State Department of Transportation and Development, Office of Highways latest standard specifications.           
 
Deliveries to be made to the Parish Maintenance Facility on LA Highway 1, four (4) miles west of New Roads. Deliveries may vary from one (1) culvert to an entire truck load.
