Do the services anticipated to be provided as a result of this RFP include only the Project Assignments listed in paragraph 2 of the RFP, and therefore does this RFP exclude the Architectural / Engineering Design of the specific airport capital improvement projects listed in paragraph 3?

If any of the specific airport capital improvement projects listed in paragraph 3 (or others that may be added over the course of the term of the contract) are funded and are to be implemented, will the Port of South LA select the design architects/engineers by using a separate RFQ and/or selection process from this RFP?
