at 10:00 a.m. CST for the following:

Sealed bids will be received in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders and the Bid Proposal Form. Bids shall
be accepted only from contractors who are licensed by the State of Louisiana for the Classification of Building
Construction. Only a bona fide sealed bid will be considered at opening time, bids received after closing time will
be returned unopened. Sealed bids may be hand carried or mailed to the address listed above.
