The Parish of St. Bernard is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified firms to enter into a pre-event contract for Hazardous Material Services in Support of Emergency Operations at no immediate or annual cost to the Parish for services resulting from a natural or manmade disaster as directed by the Parish in order to eliminate immediate threats to public health and safety and/or that which is considered essential to ensure economic recovery of the affected community.
