Separate sealed Bids for the Fort Polk Growth Management Infrastructure Improvements University Parkway Water System – Phase 2, M.A. Project No. H1-12022-DA3 will be received at the Vernon Parish Police Jury Building, 300 S. Third Street, Leesville, Louisiana, 71446 until 3:00 PM (Central Daylight Savings Time), September 16, 2015, and then at said time and at said office publicly opened and read aloud. 

Scope of work includes:  installation of approximately 7,000 L.F. of 12” potable water main and appurtenances.
 
The attention of Bidders is called particularly to the requirements for conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract, Section 3, Segregated Facilities, Section 109, Executive Order 11246, and all applicable laws and regulations of the Federal Government and State of Louisiana and bonding and insurance requirements. 

Bidders must comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Davis Bacon Act, the Anti-Kickback Act, and the Contract Work Hours Standard Act.
 
Bidders must comply with the requirements of the State of Louisiana Contractor’s Licensing Law, LRS 37:2151-2163.  Work Classification:  Municipal & Public Works Construction.
