RFP – BancorpSouth Conference Center Food Service (2020-020CO)
The Tupelo Coliseum Commission (TCC) seeks a qualified entity to provide food services for events in the BancorpSouth Conference Center. The successful bidder will provide all prepared food for events within the Conference Center. Alcohol sales are excluded from this agreement. As a point of reference, the Conference Center billed $1,047,274.00 on 196 events for food sales in 2019.
The successful bidder will be responsible for all kitchen and wait staff, daily cleaning of the kitchen area, prompt removal of food waste from the conference center rooms and kitchen areas, and other food related issues. TCC will provide all setup needs within the rooms and will coordinate sales efforts with the end user. TCC reserves the right to allow conference center clients to utilize another food vendor on a limited, case-by-case basis. Successful bidder will be responsible for all health department permits and will maintain liability insurance naming TCC and the city of Tupelo as additional insureds.

References for similar work (plated banquets and receptions up to 600 people)
Percentage to be paid to TCC for these rights
List of capital items to be provided
