A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 A.M., TUESDAY, MARCH 19, 2019, at the South
Wastewater Treatment Plant, Administration Building Conference Room, 2850 Gardere Lane, Baton
Rouge, LA 70820. All parties interested in this project must be present at the mandatory pre-bid conference no
later than 10:05 A.M. to be considered eligible bidders for this project. A non-mandatory site visit will immediately
follow the meeting inside the plant. All parties attending the site visit are required to provide and wear proper PPE.
