Work of the Project includes the construction of the Early Start Foundation Package and Utility Relocation for the Ocean Enterprise Facility to include the placement of deep pile foundations and relocation of utilities for the construction of the Ocean Enterprise Facility on the northeast portion of Main Harbor between East and West Pier. The work will include minor removal of asphalt and/or concrete paving as required by the contractor for Pile Foundation installation, installation of new temporary chain link fencing at project perimeter, removal and relocation of existing underground utilities, as well as electrical demolition of existing light poles and minor re-circuiting of existing site panels.
