Ducks Unlimited, Inc., the Nation's leader in wetland conservation, is seeking bids for a project on three NRCS WRE Easements located in Jefferson Davis & Natchitoches Parish Louisiana. We are having a pre-bid meeting for the project on July 7th at 9:30 AM.

We will meet at the intersection of State HWY 99 and Ophie Daigle Rd, approximately 4 miles south of HWY 99 and E. Russel St in Welsh Louisiana (North 30°10’19.12” and West 92°49’2.60”).  Pre-Bid meeting is not mandatory but is strongly suggested that interested bidders attend.

The work on this project consists of earthfill/embankment and excavation, smooth steel water control structures, seed, fertilizer, mulch, and associated site preparation.   This work shall also include performing the necessary items outlined in the plans and specifications and associated with constructing the project according to the plans.
