ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
SURPLUS EQUIPMENT

Sealed bids will be received by the Pointe Coupee Parish Police Jury at 160 East Main Street, Courthouse Annex Building, New Roads, Louisiana until 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 6, 2013 and then publicly opened and read for the sale of the following surplus equipment:

1 - 2002 John Deere tractor 2WD
1 - 2006 John Deere tractor 2WD
2 - 300 gallon spraying rig (attaches to John Deere tractor (Model 7220)
1 - 2004 Belshi Trailer
1 - 2010 Kaufman Trailer

Please contact Public Works Director Blaine Bordelon at (225) 718-0167to obtain additional information and to view equipment.

Bid to be submitted in sealed envelope marked “BID--SURPLUS EQUIPMENT.” Also include a description of the equipment as stated above.

Equipment shall be picked up within five (5) days of notification of bid award.
