machines. This equipment will meet the goal of providing a safe, secure and orderly environment for all.

2. Proposal Requirements and Project Scope for:
East Jones Elementary, Glade Elementary, Moselle Elementary, North Jones Elementary, South Jones
Elementary, West Elementary, Northeast Jones High School, South Jones High School and West Jones High
School. All items will be shipped to one central location prior to distribution.
3. Service Specifications and Provisions:
This equipment shall be provided to the Jones County School District by June 15, 2022.
Requesting quotes for ride-on floor cleaning equipment. All shipping costs must be included and will be bulk
shipped to one location.

b. Proposal Due Date: 05/23/2022 @ 1:00 pm
c. RFP selection on or before 05/25/2022
This equipment shall be provided to the Jones County School District no later than June 15, 2022. Quantities
purchased may be adjusted according to additional needs and allocated budgets.
6. RFP Submission requirements: Email or hand-deliver a copy of the quote or post bid on
centralauctionhouse.com by 05/23/2022 1:00 p.m. (email and physical address below). Each submission must
include a bid for both items on the specifications listed above and bids should meet or exceed specifications.
All questions, comments and requests for clarifications must be in writing to Missy Bufkin at before Thursday,
May 19, 2022 at noon. The School District reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine appropriate
and adequate responses to the written comments, questions and requests for clarification.
7. Minimum Eligibility Requirements for Contract Award
Applicants must comply with all applicable licensing and certification requirements specific to the proposed
services, be registered and active through the site of sam.gov.
