In accordance with policy file FEAB and FEAB-R of the Lafayette Parish School System, any firm interested in providing professional design services to the Lafayette Parish School System for the Comeaux High School Performing Arts Instructional Suites & Black Box Theatre shall submit the qualifications and performance data of their firm by October 5, 2016. 
 
In accordance with RS 38:2225.2.4(A)(3), (F)(5), and (G)(5), the Lafayette Parish School System will be applying for approval from the House and Senate Transportation, Highways, and Public Works Committee to add this project to the State CMAR Pilot Program; therefore, the Lafayette Parish School System is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from highly qualified Architectural Firms interested in providing Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) Services in addition to professional design services.
 
Professional design services shall include, but not limited to, architectural, civil/state, traffic, structural, mechanical, electrical and acoustical engineering, landscape architect, and interior design.  Qualifications information shall consist of the completed LPSS forms and three (3) copies of a brochure or booklet explaining the firm’s past or present experience and expertise as related to projects with K-12 public school districts.  Qualifications information shall be forwarded to the attention of:

Only firms engaged in the lawful practice of their profession and are willing to provide proof of insurance as required by the Lafayette Parish School System need apply. Preference will be given to firms based in Lafayette Parish.  Information submitted shall remain on file for the 2016-2017 fiscal year indicating the interest of firms in designing projects for the Lafayette Parish School System.  Any questions may be forwarded to the address above.
