NOTE:
This bid form must be received by the Superintendent, Morehouse Parish School Board, by 2:00 pm on July 15, 2021.
The minimum bid for purchase must equal to 65% of the appraised value $62,000.00 which is $40,000.00.  The bid must be accompanied by a certified check in an amount equal to 10% of the bid price, which will be returned if the bid is not accepted.  Successful bidder will be required to pay upon execution of the sale, the balance of the bid amount and a one-time charge of $600.00 for recording fees and preparation fees.
