The Port of South Louisiana is hereby soliciting Request for Qualifications in accordance with La. R.S. 34:2473 from persons or firms interested in providing general professional engineering and professional services for the Port of South Louisiana on an As-Needed basis.  Evaluation of submissions will be based on the following criteria:
 
Experience in category of work
Staff and support personnel plans, Professional reputation, and business constancy
Knowledge of Local Conditions, Local Representation , Prior contract record
Evidence of Certification as or partnership with DBE, SBE, Veteran-Owned Business Enterprise
New Opportunity (Points will be allocated based on amount of previous experience working with in the industry as a prime and a sub-consultant)
