NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pointe Coupee Parish School District will receive sealed proposals for the award of a contract for Hosted VoIP Services until 1:00 p.m. on WEDNESDAY, MARCH 16, 2016.  The installation may begin as soon as April 1st, 2016 and services and invoicing shall begin July 1, 2016. Proposals should be from qualified hosted VoIP providers to provide the services needed for VoIP connectivity in all of our schools/programs and District Office.
Services shall be compliant with E-Rate rules. The project and specific services to be provided are described in the Request for Proposal.  Bids that fail to comply with the response and vendor requirements will be disqualified.
