REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL RFP 0399
 
Jefferson Parish Department of Purchasing is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFP’S) from qualified firms to provide Electronic Monitoring Equipment, Monitoring Services and Tracking Services for Jefferson Parish.
 
Proposer shall propose multi-integrated home monitoring units utilizing radio frequency technology, cellular technology and GPS technology to monitor, check and verify that approximately 115 to 300 clients are complying with court ordered house arrest sanctions. The system shall fully and automatically follow-up to confirm incidents without the need for monitoring center staff involvement and report violations of curfew schedules, equipment status, and other functions deemed appropriate by the agency.
All proposals will be evaluated on criteria such as vendor’s technical proposal, qualifications and experience, financial profile, proposal responsiveness and other criteria more specifically defined in the RFP document. The maximum total points for each proposal is set at 100 points
