ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for:
Ridgeland High School
Classroom Addition
will be received at the Offices of the Madison County Schools, 476 Highland Colony Parkway, Ridgeland,
MS 39157, at 2:00 PM local time, on Friday, August 22, 2025 at which time they will be publicly opened
and read. All documents will be issued electronically. No hard copies will be issued.
Official Bid Documents can be downloaded from Central Bidding: www.centralbidding.com. Electronic
bids can be submitted free of charge at www.centralbidding.com. For any questions regarding the

A Pre-bid conference will be held Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at 2:00 PM in the boardroom of the Madison
County Schools Central Office at 476 Highland Colony Parkway, Ridgeland, MS.
Bid preparation will be in accordance with Instructions to Bidders bound in the project manual. Madison
County Schools reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids submitted.
Bids must be submitted on the form to be furnished by the architect and must be accompanied by bid
bond or certified check for at least five percent (5%) of the base bid payable to Madison County Schools.
Bid envelope must contain on the outside of the envelope, the Contractor’s current Certificate of
Responsibility Number and the Contractor’s License Number unless a statement on the exterior says that
the bid enclosed is less than or did not exceed $50,000.00. Envelope containing bids must be sealed,
marked and addressed as follows:
