ANY PERSON REQUIRING SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS SHALL NOTIFY Tim Scroggs OF THE TYPE(S) OF ACCOMMODATION REQUIRED NOT LESS THAN SEVEN (7) DAYS BEFORE THE BID OPENING.
Complete Bidding Documents on a CD may be obtained without charge and without deposit and printed copies are available upon payment of a $100.00 deposit for each set. Deposits will be refunded to bonafide prime bidders who return the documents in good condition to the office of Alliance Design Group no later than 10 days after the receipt of bids. Copies may be obtained at the office of Alliance Design Group, LLC at 1439 Centre Court, Ste 301, Alexandria, La 71301 and Prime Bidders are required to obtain an original set of either electronic (CD) or paper bidding documents from the office of Alliance Design Group.
A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. CST on Thursday, August 13, 2015 at Facilities Management Office, Building 420 “F” Street, (2nd floor conference Room-Room #253) located at Camp Beauregard Pineville Louisiana 71360. Attendance at this conference is mandatory. Prospective bidders must attend the pre-bid conference in order to submit a bid. BIDS SHALL BE ACCEPTED ONLY FROM CONTRACTORS THAT ATTEND THE ENTIRE PRE-BID CONFERENCE.

The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond, written by a company licensed to do business in Louisiana, equal to 100 % of the Contract amount, including Additional Bid Items (ABI) if applicable.
No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after receipt of Bids.

The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids for just cause. In accordance with directives and guidance published by Facility Planning and Control, LA Revised Statutes, the provisions and requirements of those stated in the advertisement for bids and those required on the bid form shall not be waivered. The State Military Department Deputy Director for Contracting and Purchasing and the State Contracting Officer do not possess authority to waive any informality incidental thereto. The Owner shall incur no obligation to the Contractor until the Contract between Owner and Contractor is fully executed.
