Answer: The overall goal of the District is to compete with comparable districts and other places of employment, offer fair payment for services, and recruit/train/retain and support a motivated, capable and diverse workforce. The following are specific objectives for the study: • Conduct a thorough job analysis of all positions. • Conduct a compensation salary survey of comparable school districts. • Develop documentation detailing the methodology of the study and providing guidance to staff in implementing recommended changes as fiscal resources allow. ?
