The successful quoting entity shall be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond written as
described in the Instructions for Quote Proposals included in the Quote Documents for this project (in the
event of a quote greater than $25,000.00).

Those quoting entities providing a quote in the amount of $50,000.00 must be a Contractor licensed under
LA. R.S. 37:2150-2163 in any of the following classifications:
Electrical Work, Closed Circuit TV.

The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all quotes, or to award portions of the work as determined
by the Authority to be in the best interest of the Authority. Quoting entities are advised that this Quote
Proposal includes a Base Quote and Two (2) Additive Alternates.
