Bid Law Requirement Update: Act 406
Effective August 1st, bidders will be required to submit certain documentation with bid submission, i.e. affidavits, proof of insurance, etc. These requirements will be outlined specifically in the instructions of each bid package. Bidders should continue to carefully read and respond accordingly per the requirements of the bid packages. These changes are pursuant Louisiana Public Bid Law more specifically, Act 406 of the 2016 Louisiana Legislative Regular Session. REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL RFP 0389

Jefferson Parish Department of Purchasing is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFPs) from qualified
firms to provide Grant Project Management and Program Implementation Services for the Department of
Transit Administration.

The Technical Proposal has a maximum evaluation score of 75 points as described in the Evaluation
Section of the RFP. The Cost Proposals of the responsive Proposers will be opened after the
Technical Proposals have been scored by the Evaluation Committee. The Cost Proposal has a maximum
evaluation score of 25 points for a total score of 100 points.

PRE–Proposal Conference: NOT REQUIRED

The Jefferson Parish Council reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, in whole
or part, pursuant to the law. Jefferson Parish and its partners as the recipients of federal funds
