The St. Mary Parish Government, St. Mary Parish, Louisiana, acting through its President, David Hanagriff, will receive sealed bids for the “St. Mary Parish Government Drainage District #2A Safe Room”, at the St. Mary Parish Courthouse, Fifth Floor – Courthouse Building, Franklin, Louisiana 70538, until January 7th, 2021, at 10:00 A.M., local time, at which time and place, they will be publicly opened and read aloud.  Any bids received after the above mentioned time will be returned unopened. 
Sealed bids delivered to any other St. Mary Parish Government location or other room number prior to the bid receipt deadline will not be considered.
 
The Project includes the following Scope of Work:
 
Furnishing all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the construction of a new community hurricane safe room facility at S. Verrett Street and 1st Street, Amelia, St. Mary Parish, LA.
