ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 

The Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office is accepting bids for the development and purchase of a standard workstation which may be utilized for the jail control centers and other positions within the organization.

Deliver bids to: 828 S. Irma Blvd., Gonzales, LA 70737, before 10:00 AM, on February 5th, 2024 at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the following project:

Bidders have the option to submit their bids electronically by using Central Auction House (www.CentralAuctionHouse.com). Bidders shall be solely responsible for ensuring that their bids are received on or before the bid opening. All bids received after 10:00 AM, on February 5th, 2024 will be returned to the bidder unopened.
 
All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Sealed Bid for Standard Work Stations in the Jail” and delivered to the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office, Governmental Annex, 828 S. Irma Blvd, Gonzales, Louisiana 70737 or mailed to P.O. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. In accordance with La. R.S. 38:2212(B)(1), the provisions and requirements of this Section; and those stated in the bidding documents shall not be waived by any entity.
