Included in the work is the following: Demolition of existing pavement and building structures. Construction of a new Police Station Building and Vehicle Storage Garage as well as a Gated Parking lot and all associated site improvements. Buildings will have wood frame construction with pile supported slab on grade foundation. Exterior finishes will have metal roofing with cement board siding and stack stone veneers. Buildings will have full automatic generation power with sprinklers and fire alarm panel.

Drawings, specifications and contract documents may be examined and obtained from the architect – RCL Architecture, LLC at 900 West Causeway Approach, Mandeville, LA 70471 - Phone (985) 727-4440 upon deposit of $300.00 for each set of documents. Deposits on the first set are fully refundable to all bonafide prime Bidders upon return of the documents, in good condition, no later than ten (10) days after receipt of bids. The deposit less actual cost of reproduction of all other sets of documents will be refunded upon return of documents as stated above.

Bidders are invited to attend a Pre-Bid Conference at the Orleans Levee District Administration Building –6920 Franklin Avenue at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 3rd, 2017, in the Conference Room located in Franklin Avenue Administration Building at 6920 Franklin Avenue. Participants will visit the physical site at the conclusion of this conference.
