Sealed bids will be received by the Ascension Parish School Board, not later than 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 8, 2024; at the following address:
  
 A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a. m., Friday, April 26, 2024, Lake Elementary, which is located at 14185 Highway 431, St. Amant, La 70774.  Please check in at the main office.  No bid will be accepted from any contractor who does not attend and sign-in at the Pre-Bid Conference.  The Bids will be opened at the APSB Distribution Center immediately following the close of bid time on the above noted date.
