NOTICE TO BIDDERS
            Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Supervisors of Scott County, Mississippi at 10:00 a.m., March 18, 2024, for the purchase of the following described equipment for use in the construction and maintenance of roads, and bridges, in  the County:
One or more backhoes, specifications being on file with
the Clerk of the Board.
            The above-described equipment will be purchased with District Maintenance funds and/or District Road and Bridge Funds, and any other funds, by which this equipment can be purchased in accordance with law.  The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
